Living Areas
From the front of the château, you walk up a beautiful spiral staircase into the spacious entrance hall. From here you can enter the dining room, which is on your right and can seat 12, with double doors leading through to the family kitchen.
This is a large bright, dual aspect modern, contemporary kitchen with a large central island with bar stool seating. It is well equipped with induction hob, double ovens including microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge plus separate fridge/freezer, coffee machine. There is plenty kitchen equipment, china, glassware etc. There are French doors which open out to steps leading out to the garden and pool and outdoor kitchen/dining/sitting area in the enclosed courtyard garden at the back of the château.
On the other side of the hall, there is a study/snug room with a desk and seating.
Next to the study, there is a spacious sitting room which is a great social space to gather inside the château with comfortable sofas and smart TV. There is a small cosy sitting room on the first floor with a lovely view over the garden at the front of the château, perfect spot to sit and read a book. There is a further sitting room on the lower ground floor, which offers a cool retreat from the hot sunshine.
The lower ground floor of the château which is accessed by an internal staircase plus doors directly from the garden, comprises of a separate apartment, with its own well equipped kitchen, with range cooker and fridge and freezer, sitting room, double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower/wc. The laundry room with washing machine and drier is also located in this space.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms 1-6 are located on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 overlooks the front garden, has a super-king size bed (180cm) and luxurious en-suite shower room in the adjoining turret with walk-in shower and wc.
Bedroom 2 also overlooks the front garden and has a European king size bed (160cm).
Bedroom 3 overlooks the front garden and has a UK king size bed (150cm).
Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be used as a family suite as there are interconnecting doors between these bedrooms if required.
Bedroom 1 ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 4 is at the rear of the château, overlooks the swimming pool and terraces. It has a UK king size bed (150cm).
There is a large spacious family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, double wash hand basins and wc, which is shared between Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4.
Bedroom 5 overlooks the swimming pool, terraces, garden and summer kitchen. It has a UK king size bed (150cm).
Bedroom 6 overlooks the swimming pool, terraces, garden and summer kitchen. It has a French double bed (140cm)
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are side by side and share a shower room which is ideally located close by.
Bedroom 7 is located on the ground floor, through the study. It overlooks the front garden. It has a UK king sized bed (150cm), and en-suite shower room and wc.
Bedroom 7 ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 8 is located on the lower ground floor, forming part of a small apartment with separate sitting room. It looks out on to the south facing sunken garden with doors to the garden. This room can also be accessed from the main internal staircase. It has a UK king sized bed (150cm), and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and wc.
