The former chai (wine storage barn) has been renovated to provide a large (20m x 7m) indoor area that can be used as a bar / games room / party room.  The chai is a great place to use on days when it may get very hot outside or if it should rain.

One end of the Chai has been turned into a small but well equipped gym (7m x 4.5m). Equipment in the gym includes Concept 2 rowing machine, free weights, kettle bells, bench and squat rack. The gym is shared by the owners.
